Convenient forest service campground off highway 40 at rabbit ears pass.  First come first serve but there were still a handful of sites open on a Friday afternoon in August.  There was not running water at the campsite when we visited, but had pit toilets, trash, picnic tables, firepits, and trails nearby.  Lots of downed trees to collect firewood.  Great access to nearby hikes
