Get paid to camp
One of the most unique perks we offer employees is our field reports program. You quite literally get paid to camp. Every quarter, employees can use The Dyrt in the wild—use it to plan your camping trip, add a review, and more—and share your experience with the team. And just for having a fun time outdoors, you’ll get a $400 bonus.
Fully remote team
The entire team at The Dyrt is fully remote, and so are our open positions. That means that no matter where you live in the U.S., you can apply to work with us. In fact, our founder and CEO are living full-time in their converted van. (And yes, they do attend our virtual meetings from campgrounds.)
