The campground is nicely arranged with each looped road designated for different sizes of tents and trailers/motor homes. I camped one night with a small tent. The sites are very big/spacious. Bathrooms are clean. Just behind the campground is the Madison River which is fed by hot springs. In the morning steam comes off the river. There is also an amphitheater for nightly presentations about the park, such as geological history.
