If you want to exchange camping for a bit of glamping this place is pure magic. I did an artist residency here in April 2020 and was very impressed with the vintage trailers/busses, grounds, town, and staff. The facilities are really nice and for a small fee you can rent time for the sauna facilities, yoga trailer, and tea trailer. I used the sauna and the yoga trailer and both were wonderful and very clean. I stayed in the Blue Bird bus which suited my needs perfectly and it even had a bathtub! The place was really quite and the beach is just a short walk away. There are also tons of paths to walk, hike, or bike. I rode to cape disappointment and down to Long Beach. I did the residency to focus on photography and found so much inspiration in my surrounding. The Long Beach penisula is a unique place with some fun attractions and a ton of access to nature. The drive to Oysterville is well worth it.
