This tastefully remodeled main floor studio condo features a combination living/kitchenette/bedroom area with one queen sized bed, a private balcony, a DVD/monitor, one full bath, and shared wifi. Nicely equipped and at a budget price, this monitored vacation property will sleep up to 2-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

PLEASE NOTE: WiFi service is now available to our area, and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is in the process of dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are a circumstance that is beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE WiFi SERVICE fails to function properly.

The Snowline Lodge features a game room downstairs with a ping pong table, pool table and air hockey. It has a great lounge area with free internet and tv. There is a free laundry facility with and shared wifi. Condos are within walking distance to Chair 9 Restaurant and Lounge, a premier ski hangout and family dining destination. The Snowline Lodge is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera…the photography is unsurpassed year-round!

PLEASE NOTE: This condo is a monitored family vacation home, not a party house. Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of $43.40 (includes fee and taxes) for each stay that will be collected at the time of check-in.
