Free during the off season but don't get stuck with a dead car battery. Can get really cold and no phone service and very few people pass by.
Went there at night, hard to find the driveway then looked and there was a new fence across the driveway so couldn't get in
Primitive location, nothing there, but maybe a fire ring and a spot to park your vehicle. Go about 2 miles on the dirt road and watch out for the dirt pot holes. At my site, you could fit 2 vehicles comfortably, but 3 is a little crowded. Flying insects during the day. There are many so…
Pros: it’s near the university and dry camping is free. Cons: it’s a dirt lot, sketchy people/sketchy rigs nearby, lots of traffic through lot.
Either these are not the correct coordinates, or the trail has been overgrown. We’re car camping here for one night and it’s a lovely spot! Could not find the trail and just pulled off to camp on the side of the road. Dispersed & free & very wooded area!
This site was right next to Fort Walla Walla, with a park and dog park. Not much else here but weird animal statues and long-term RVers. Lots of hookups for RV and trailers. No tent or car camping. The bathrooms were still closed June 2021, need to use your own hookups.

We went during Memorial day weekend which is a very busy camping weekend. It's a cool spot and the drive there is beautiful. It's the only campground in the general area meaning it's the only bathroom nearby. I'm sure the experience would be different if it wasn't a busy weekend. The entire time…
It’s a nice little campground, a little bit tightly packed but good facilities
Nice campground but very desert-ie right so hot in the summer but on the river though so if you have a boat its great.
I always love camping and fishing the valley, this camping ground is free to use. It is very clean and has great fishing during trout season. Make sure you get here early if you have a rv or trailer during the summer as it’s first come, first serve and locals love the place.
Awesome park near Dayton and Palouse Falls. Absolutely NOTHING, including cell service nearby, which made this open campground in a winter wheat field absolutely perfect!
The hosts/owners are good people, who are accommodating, and welcoming. Will definitely be back and enjoyed the gem.
Overall this RV site is simply a place to park you stuff.
There is a nice playground and it’s walking distance from Safeway.
If your here to see a game or experience a local event, then it will suit your needs.
The RV sites are very close together but they do come with electric hookups and…

I stayed here for one night and there was not much shade.
Like many RV parks there is a park, and tables outside.
There are train tracks very very close, but it was not disruptive surprisingly for the time we were there.
The tent sites are very close together and are right near to a road.
The RV sites are decent with a bbq and a bench. There are spots to have a bonfire, but it won’t be on your site if you have a RV.
There’s a cute bridge that separates the RV camping from the tent camping with various day use…

This park is very attractive. It appears to be well maintained and cleaned.
BUT... Do not tent camp here. I will admit I was hoping to hammock camp (I bring a tent too in case), and it was clear it would not be a camping environment.
And, if you are an RV camper, there’s no spot to really hang…
