Nice flat spot to pitch my tent waking up to the sunlight filtering through the trees along the fence line where I was.

I was the only tent, with about 12 RVs and tow behind campers nicely spread out. Quiet. Peaceful.

There is a nice shower and separate bathroom. Very clean.
