The campgrounds at Zion are packed in quite tightly, but totally worth the seeming lack of privacy to stay in such a beautiful area. A shuttle takes campers into the depths of the park from a stop right outside the campground as well as a bit into the town near Zion, Springdale. I highly recommend hiking the Narrows if you are visiting Zion- it's an incredible experience.
