My girlfriend and I stayed one night here upon arriving to Moab. It's extremely close to the entrance of Arches NP and also to downtown Moab. Is definitely a good place to get an early head start on the arches crowds. The office has some essential items available for purchase, didn't check out the pool. The bathrooms receive a C+. Tent sites do have canopy for shade, picnic table, and a charcoal grill. However all the sites are packed tightly together, not much privacy.
