Lots of snow!

We went during spring break in mid-March and it was first come first serve, which wasn’t a problem since it wasn’t their main season yet. They had just received 3-feet of snow the week before, so the upper loop was closed off and many of the sites were either completely or partially covered in snow. We found one that had enough room, but the snowmelt had caused most of it to be muddy. The campground has a fire pit and a table. There are also water spickets throughout the campground that are for public use. The camp is within walking distance of the rim and ampitheater as well
