Quiet, shaded area

Quite area, lot of room. I stayed on site 58 (tent only). Enough room for 2 medium tents. Next/above stream. Tucked in very back. Long ways to walk from car. Water spout next to car area. Will be sharing parking with 2 other sites. 2 lakes nearby. Fire pit with grill gate. Shaded area. Full sun…

Lots of great clean sites!

We’ve camped all over in North Fork sites! Our family has our anual family reunion in Mustang Flats every summer, CW8 & CW9 are great for 5 families because they’re connected by a little road, and the very 1st site coming in through the middle gate is great for a small family! Clean bathrooms…

Great place to camp! Next to Weber river & Clean sites!

This is one of our family’s favorite getaways close to Pineview! Bathrooms are always clean, sites are always clean, & we’ve always had GREAT camp hosts! There’s only 1 double site, but we’ve got multiple tents and 1 trailer in site 4. There’s also parking across the road to park overnight for…

  • Pet friendly spot! Plenty of shade, but bring a canopy to put over the table!
  • Nice little wading pool on east side of site 4

The wifey did not like the location!

Solid KOA campground with all the amenities you would expect including a pool and spa. Location of the campground is near the downtown area, with that you get all the noise of the city; traffic, sirens, and train horns. However it was the questionable downtown crowd the wifey didn’t like and…

Unique picturesque spot

Very beautiful spot on an island in the middle of Salt Lake. Several campgrounds to choose from. Beautiful sunsets. Well kept and convenient sites. Bathrooms and showers available in the park. The only problem we had was trying to pitch the tent in such rocky soil. And there aren’t any trees to…

Clear Lake

The lake is clear, shallow and warm for a good distance. There are a lot of bugs though.

A quiet place

Our site was right by the entrance and near a stream bed that was dry. It was incredibly quiet, silent even, at night. Gorgeous but a little chilly.

Beautiful scenery, well maintained campgrounds, lots of mosquitoes

The area and scenery were gorgeous! The hosts were lovely and helpful. The water was cool and there were tons of people there with paddle boards, canoos, tents, and dogs.

The only downside was that this year there were an obscene amount of mosquitoes.

*Be aware that this campsite reservations…

Nice weekend getaway

Beautiful campground, lots of trees and privacy. However, you can’t bring big rigs there only smaller trailers or tent camping. Very close to Tibble Fork Reservoir where there’s great fishing, kayaking, and canoeing. You can swim too, but the water is pretty cold.

No free or dispersed camping

The flight park offers decent views for the proximity to the city. However, the only allowed camping is in the marked spots near the restrooms at the top of the hill. Camping is $15 a night to stay on a large gravel road. The camping is flat and works with a tent, but it is also very windy and hard…

Beautiful views and soft sand

There was a lot of space to be spread out from others. The beach is so large and it’s easy to camp out. The sand is soft and fun for the kids to build sand castles. We also enjoyed the small waves while on the beach.

Day use only

Day use only, not a campground that can be used at night. Also fees were $108 for day use as of May 2021. Pretty steep in my book.

Hard to find in the dark but worked for us!

Took us a minute to find it in the dark but once we did, solid spot to stay the night. Definitely windy so the camper van was rocking but glad we found it.

Wide open space with wild animals

The campgrounds were very open with not many trees but a great view of the lake. We saw fox that came right up to our tent and lots of bison close by. Quiet place.
