Avoid the weekend after July 4

I stayed there for one night on a Thursday. For such a small campground it was really full. It turns out that for the last 62 years, this campground is taken over by a large family reunion the weekend after the Fourth of July. Not recommended for RV’s - slides & 25’+

We were able to park our 33’ RV with F250 long bed in site 15 but not without skill and ingenuity. The front hitch was as low as it could go and still not level. Highway 97 noise from semi trucks using the Jake brake to slow down finally stopped around 10PM. No pay envelopes available. The…

NOT A PARK FOR BIG RIGS

this is a very small park with a very narrow road. more suited for rents or RV's under 30'. beautifully forested area tho' and wish could have gotten our 41' 5th wheel in

n Cle Elum, WA, take State Rt. 903 east, which becomes State Rt. 970, to US Rt. 97. Proceed north on Rt. 97 for 20.4 miles to campground on right. NOTE: From point where State Rt. 903 becomes State Rt. 970, it is about 9.6 miles to US Rt. 97.
