Small RV’s Only
The last 3.5 miles is overgrown with little overhead clearance. Our sprinter van was constantly getting tree scrapes on top. One + lane with sections very tight. Campground was nice and secluded with old vault toilets. River/creek was not close to site, and trail was poorly marked and overgrown. I was unable to actually find trail after 30 minutes. Site is best for autos/suv access for tent campers. Maybe smaller trailers. Site was pretty but buried in woods … very secluded. I believe the trail would access nice views if I could’ve found it. Best for those looking for remote feel. Two other campers there when we were there. To us, not worth the time and poor access drive.
