By luck we found this site online when looking for campgrounds in the mountains. First year we went in July and the nights were perfectly chilly (dog water had a layer of ice on top by the a.m.). The sun is very warm due to the altitude. Second year we went in August and it was perfect. We stay on…

Beautiful getaway
Awesome campsite, we saw moose and deer and went fishing. Clean area and safe. Great place to ride side by sides!

Directions
From Mountain View, Wyoming, take Highway 410 south for 7 miles, then County Road 283 for 8.2 miles to Forest Road 072. Take Forest Road 072 toward China Meadows for 8.7 miles to campground. Marsh Lake is between Stateline Dam and China Meadows. Forest Road 072 is gravel and frequently very rough, but passable for all vehicles.
