Really cool views

$10 admission per night. The canyons and river beneath are very much a sight to see. I really enjoyed staying here. There are toilets but that’s it. The road gets really really bumpy the farther down the left side you go so higher clearance is better. It says no drones but I was way far down on the left and no one could see or hear so oh well. L

Amazing views, rv friendly, mouse traps advised

Cracker spot, not to crowded (1 camper per 100m?) Fire pits provided and lots of pullouts for RV. Sheer cliffs on either side of the camping area is breathtaking.

We have a 28ft and we ventured down the gravel road a couple of hundred m to find a good view. Road is a little rocky (small rocks) so just take it slow. Clearance not a problem but just slow speeds to make sure you don’t pop a tyre. There is a graded gravel section of the campground for those with big rigs not wanting to tackle the rocky road.

We inherited several mouse friends overnight as did our closest neighbours so do bring traps.

One of the great unknown spots

This is easily one of my favorite places in the Southwest. Just beautiful and rarely anyone here. Yes there can be wind but nothing terrible. I've camped here in a tent maybe 10 times and never an issue that bothered me. THE KEY is the drive off road AROUND the edge of the canyon away from the official campground. Plenty of space and you camp right on the edge of the canyon. Incredible views and experience. Just watch where you are walking at night :)  I almost hate leaving this review because I really don't want more people to find out about this place.
