GuideQuiet and Shady
The park is well taken care of. The sites are level and have plenty of shade covering. This is especially important if you are in a pop-up like us. If you are, you know what I mean. It was a quiet campground. Bathrooms were clean. The entry gate is coded after closing for some added security. Will return.

TravelerFun for the Second Year in a Row
We stayed in a screened shelter at Lake Bob Sandlin SP in Nov 2020 and in a cabin with bunk beds last weekend and both sites were great. We have four kids, so space was a little tight in the cabin but we made do. Clean facilities, friendly staff and beautiful rolling terrain along the lake. Would recommend!
GuideDouble bunk cabin was a hit
We loved fishing and hiking throughout the park but our kids loved the double bunks in our cabin. The campsite was great, right off the water and a well placed fire pit. We will definitely be back.

Directions
The park is located approximately 12 miles southwest of Mount Pleasant on FM 21. Exit Interstate 30 on Highway 37 South at Mount Vernon. Go 0.8 miles; turn left on Highway 21 and go 11.2 miles to the park entrance.
