My wife and I went there and staff were not very polite. They charge you an extra $10 just for a key they said they were going to have events they never had any of them. However the pool was nice and the grounds were nice but for me the staff the owners really rude I will never return.

Incredibly beautiful views, gorgeous sunsets. Very well maintained facilities. Beautiful pool and spa only open during the summer. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Follow Route 116 North for 5 miles to Bow Street, on the right. Follow signs. From I-91 & Greenfield: Take Route 2 West to Route 112 South to Route 116 North. Follow Route 116 North for 5 miles to Bow Street, on the right. Follow signs. From Route 2 & North Adams: Take Route 8 South to Route 116 South. Follow Route 116 South 16 miles to Bow Street, on the left. Follow signs. From Route 7 & Pittsfield: Take Route 9 East to Route 8A North to Route 116 South.
