Site was OK, but on a slope. Could not level out car because of sand. The tire just dug in. Some sites are much better than others. Be sure to look first.

The campsite is pretty basic, but has electricity and water. It’s just quite dusty and there is zero privacy.
But it’s right next to Weko beach. And the best thing is that just south of Weko, there is miles of beach that belongs to the dunes state park and dogs are allowed. You can walk for miles and there were very few people there when we visited. We really loved it.

ScoutLovely wooded campground so close to the beach
We lucked into a night at this gorgeous campground. Yes, the spots are small and yes there’s lots of seasonal campers, but everyone is super friendly and you can’t get closer to this gorgeous beach. The entire campground is wooded with huge trees, which we loved. The best part, though, was having the beach 2 min from our doorstep. Can’t beat it!
