Guests of the Las Vegas KOA at Sam's Town are just steps away from one of the largest Casino resorts on the Boulder Strip, Sam's Town Hotel and Casino. Whether you're looking for a winter community to call home or are a family visiting Las Vegas for a few days-we've got just the right mix of Vegas-style entertainment for you! Enjoy your favorite games in the 133,000 square-foot casino, or catch a flick on one of 18 screens at the in-house movie theater. Other amenities include a 56-lane bowling alley, indoor gardens and waterfall park and more! Dining options range from an award-winning steakhouse and casual dining options, including T.G.I. Fridays and quick bites at the food court. The RV park offers pull-thru, big-rig friendly sites some with patio's with and without furniture 40 to 70' long, Back in and Nose in sites between 30 and 45' long, some with patio's with and without furniture(full-hook-up 30 and 50-amp sites). The park is fully landscaped, offering shade trees, grass and several fenced off-leash pet areas. Campground amenities include two pools with hot tubs, one in each of our parks, laundry and shower facilities, cable and WiFi, and a communal BBQ area. Great site but don’t park by road

Great site but we were situated right by the main road and hit was it noisy all night. Be warned. It looked like there were quieter spaces and I should have asked!

Family-friendly Stay with Great Amenities, Notably Tight Sites

During our recent trip to Las Vegas, we chose to stay at KOA Sam's Town, and our experience was positive overall. The cleanliness of the campground stood out– it was very well-kept and demonstrated an excellent level of care.

One of the highlights for our family was the pool and spa area. Our children spent hours enjoying these facilities, though we did wish for additional amenities, such as a playground to add to the fun.

The customer service was commendable. The front desk staff were kind, friendly, and always ready to help, which made our stay even more pleasant.

The proximity to Sam's Town Casino added an element of convenience and entertainment. Although the campground is not incredibly close to the main Las Vegas strip, the casino offers plenty for families to do, so we didn't feel like we were missing out.

On the downside, the sites were pretty tight, which may be something to consider if you value spacious campsites. There were also no campside tables, limiting our outdoor activities within the campsite. However, given the camp's location, it seems the focus is more on encouraging visitors to explore Las Vegas rather than spending all their time at the campground.

Despite these minor setbacks, we would definitely stay here again, thanks to the cleanliness, excellent customer service, and proximity to entertainment. The KOA Sam's Town offers a great base for exploring Las Vegas and provides a comfortable retreat after a long day of sightseeing.
