We stayed here last year and it was horrible and said we’d never stay again. But never say never!! We had to find a place as we had illness in our family. So they had a space available for our 52’ 5th wheel and the site is wonderful. Cement, lots of room, close to laundry and pool. It’s not a cheap place to stay but it was perfect.

I stayed here for about three weeks. Envy thing is quite nice. However, you do get some road noise if you stay on the road side

Staff did their job, no extra friendliness. Space was concrete, but not level. Most spaces are dirt. All back-ins. Uphill to sewer. Paying for the pool and spa. Views are buildings or railroad and shipyard. I asked ppl why they stay here at this price. 1) they don't know any better (or more money than sense), 2) gated so they feel "safe", 3) bike trail leads to beach 4) like me....just needed to be close to LA. I will find a better place. Also said there is wifi and yet there is none.
