Close to all the stuff, love the sounds of the ocean

As long as you don’t mind a little car noise (I don’t) this is a great spot. Right on the beach with easy access to bathrooms and all the restaurants on The Spit - it’s not the most secluded spot but it’s a great way to enjoy the area.

Gorgeous views

This is just a gravel lot and the site markings are not super clear. The water front ones are the best, but since it’s FCFS you need to be there before the weekend rush.

Restrooms are community shared with the local public fishing in the lagoon. Better than an outhouse. There is a dump station…

In the middle of it all on the Spit

We stayed 4 nights. It is a gravel lot next to the fishing hole on the Homer Spit. The camp host was very nice. It is the best spot to dry camp on the spit as it is easy to walk to everything. At $20 per night it is half the cost of the next cheapest place.
