Beautiful RV sites in wooded area along Catawba Creek. Old Fort, NC and Falls nearby. Nice bathhouse, pump-out nearby. Diverse tent camping also available. Don’t let full time rv’s scare you. New RV site down from the entrance.

Amazing ground very nice folks, tent site was on the river. Clean showers with hot water. Laundry room is a bit dirty but functional, shop is great. 5 stars
GuideFriendly staff and kid friendly
Pray area that is great for kids from toddlers to teens , area is right by creek so my son 6 year old had a great time exploring. Camp haven clean and warm with the heater. Also a microwave , mini fridge and coffee pot in there .

Directions
From Exit 73 on I-40: If you’re coming from the East (from the right) you make a left at the bottom of the ramp, you then make your first right (as you can see the first right is also the off ramp from the West) don't despair our road Catawba River Road intersects the off ramp, when your half way up the off ramp you will turn left on Catawba River Road and travel three miles (pass a ballpark on the left our SIGN is on the tennis court, then you will pass a church on the right, we will be about 1/4 mile more on the left.) If you are coming from the West (Asheville) take exit 73 and BEFORE you reach the end of the off ramp you will turn right on Catawba River Road. Then continue with the directions above.
