Secret lake no more

It’s beautiful beyond measure. however.. now that they have graded the road (vs 4\4 access only) means tat they are logging in the area.

we woke up in this pristine paradise to chainsaws at 7am to 4pm. After setting up our whole camp ready to chill for 4 days we packed up and left :(

didnt leave San Francisco for this.

From I-80: Take Cisco Grove exit and turn north. Take a left on the frontage road after crossing over the freeway. Turn right before Cisco Grove campground onto Rattlesnake Road. Continue 5 miles to Sterling Lake Campground.
