Closed at this time opening March 2021
Was a great park at one time with a boat ramp and bathrooms. Nice spot to camp with plenty of wildlife. Hope they reopen soon. WAS INFORMED 11-1-2020 That they will be opening March of 2021
Nice facility, Corp managed
Clean, family friendly, plenty of room. Temps above 50* mean stock up on big repellent. Sits on the banks of the Arkansas River. Great place until the Corp closes it down for weather or political reasons. I’d give more than three stars but the Corp has a poor track record keeping parks open.
Beautiful
On the Arkansas River, it’s a clean and beautiful park. Rv spots on all on the rivers edge. Plenty of room. Price for rv camping was very good.
