Easy Hike to Backcountry Camping site

Great spot for a night of camping. Spot is a few miles in from Jake’s Creek Trail head. There is a fire pit and a pulley system to hoist your items away from the wildlife. The only source of water is a few miles away. So you will have to pack your water supply for your stay.

Jake’s Creek Campsite 27

This is a great backcountry campsite for an overnight in the Smoky Mountains. There is a water source near by for filtering water, and the sites are spread out enough you won’t be on top of other campers. There are also bear cables to hang your food for you, which is great!
