Very nice host. Clean bathrooms. Our space was small but some are a good size. Dirt/leaf covered site. Many permanent residents so not the community of campers feel.
Hosts were super friendly and the campground was incredibly taken care of. We stayed at the techno site with a tent and were able to set it up on a fresh pad of mulch so we didn’t have to sleep on the gravel. The bath house was super clean and tidy. The campground was close to many hiking areas and…

We drove here to find that the coordinates given by the app took us to a neighborhood and once you get there the pin that shows where the campsite is supposed to be has a sign saying “disaster area”. Don’t waste your time driving here unless the coordinates get updated.
From Hwy 107 you can access Burells Ford road which is fully gravel and rocky, certain cars may have difficulty. Just follow the gravel road and you’ll find a parking lot on the left that has a backcountry campsite but you have to hike to the site, it’s not a drive in site. If you keep continuing…
We had a great time camping at Rose Creek. We stayed for the 4th of July 2020 and could see the fireworks from town. The pool is small but was extremely clean. The RV spots were nice but could've been maintained a little better. I'd go back.
Surrounded by water, clean facilities with hot showers well maintained grounds, and so many different directions for hiking.

Camped here several times. The gorge is a thing of beauty with several overlooks around the rim. There is a nice trail from the campground that will lead to the gorge. At this wtiting permits are not being issued to hike to the bottom of the gorge. Dogs are permitted on the trails except the…
This is one of North Carolina’s best waterfall parks. Rainbow Falls, Turtel Back Falls and Bust your Ass Falls. The Visitors Center has free parking for RV’s and Vans theirs numerous primitive sites and I found a Gem of a site about 2 miles from the parking lot.
A very beautiful mountain waterfall trail to High Falls. The rock steps where amazing.

Great little site outside Helen, only $12 to camp. There's a trail that leads 2 miles sand then you're on the AT, a creek food through the middle so you hear water all night and it covers up how close you are to the road. There's a basic toilet just hold your breath. All in all nice place for $12
A state park with full hookups and huge sites??? Yup. This place is the best campground I have stayed at. I will be back. Peaceful, clean, space, just amazed!!!

Very nice people. Very clean campground. Sites were tight. Could not fit truck on pull thru with 40’ toy hauler. Everything worked and it was fine for the overnight stay on our way south. I would not stay in a pull thru there is I was camping multiple days. Very nice place
As of right now, they are in the middle of construction to transfer over to a KOA campground. So, it's kind of noisy during working hours. The only tent sites they offer are primitive and it's a bit of a walk to the bathrooms. The staff was friendly and very helpful. Bathrooms are small and in need…
