This is a great place to escape from the business of everyday life. Bordering bald eagle state forest, RB winter is in a serene wilderness. Nice campground, I have been here many times. The swimming area is a favorite during the summertime. The mountain stream-fed lake is brisk and refreshing. You can also fish in the lake for bass and trout. There is a large picnic area by the beach and pavilions for parties. Nice up to date facilities, well-maintained hiking trails and you are sure to see wildlife (Black Bear, wild turkey, white tailed deer, birds, etc).
