Stayed here 2 nights in May, Friday-Sunday. There were a decent amount of people on Friday, but significantly more on Saturday. Park employees and park police drive around through the day. Some big groups of campers got a little rowdy at night. The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. I thought…

Wooded and private. Lots of full timers. Playground, picnic tables are a little worn but very clean.
Three years ago, we fell in love with this campground. We knew we had to find an rv and become seasonals. Fast forward, we bought one, went to talk to them... They only allow seasonal campers to be 10 years old or newer. Ours is 13. Very disappointed. But for a weekend away, it's a great place. A…
"Rocksylvania". According to hikers on the AT, this is what they call Pennsylvania, as they hike through this section of the state. And Blue Rocks Campground doesn't dissapoint.
This campground sits in the woods and rolling hills just below the Appalachian Trail. Nice huge campground. The RV sites…

We loved the lake campground. My kids are age 3-12. There’s running water available, porta potties are very clean and don’t smell and are lit with a street lamp. Very quiet at night. The park ranger this weekend was the nicest and very helpful with directions to walk to the playground and indoor…

Very expensive for what is offered. No water or electric at tent sites. Off season $36 peak season starting May 1st $40. Bathrooms were a hike from site 120. Pricey for what is offered. I'd only take this camping area again as a last resort as I could've done just as well creating a site on my own…

Nice place to stay with very friendly and helpful staff. A bit on the expensive side but for an occasional splurge it is wonderful.
Overall I think this campground has a lot to offer if you have a family and are looking to provide them with activities. Fishing in the pond insite, swimming in the pool and lots of family weekends throughout the season.
However, for whatever reason the sites are all covered in stone, and I…
Very family friendly and the staff are so nice. Very nice grounds and a lot to do for families. Highly Recommend this location!!
Inaugural trip with travel trailer. Pull-Thru site will all hookups in good working order. Site felt spacious with a nice grass strip. Bath house was immaculate.
The sites were fine and I liked the location. Next to the creek where you can fish trout (don’t forget to buy a license). About 3 miles stroll along the creek to Jim Thorpe. About 3 miles the other way is a lake with the rentals (was closed in May 2020 due to COVID)
Phenomenal disc golf course , hiking , and fishing
Great disc golf course
Had a wonderful time on trails.useca hammer on rocks and hear really cool sounds prehistoric rocks make. Look up the History play in the stream and imagine the way the original property looked when the glaciers where there.. story time adventure
