overall a great experience! We had originally planned to put a 2nd tent on 1 site but ended up paying for a separate site because they couldn't quite fit 2 tents, although there seemed to be a lot of variation across the campground in site size.

There were a lot of campers, but it seemed quiet and private because of the dense trees.

It was a few minute walk down to the lake, but it wasn't a very nice spot for swimming or hanging out.

In August the lake was low so the banks were muddy. we had a few dogs with us so they had fun playing but we would have gone to another spot on the lake if we wanted to swim.
