Lone Tree Campground — Cottonwood Canyon State Park

Our summer tradition

We have visited Cottonwood Canyon for the past 2 summers, and will likely return again this year. It's quiet, beautiful and plenty to do. The John Day River is easily accessible and swimmable just down from the campsite. It's great to fish, float, or hike the trails nearby. We have enjoyed both our trips so much.
