When you are ready to enjoy families having fun, the place to be. Great beaches, close to small tourist town. Perfect snapshot of the OR coast. I live 15 miles away and still take my grands there to camp even though I live 2 blocks from the beach. Yes, not tons of privacy but nice campsites, well maintained.
