Welcome to Bosch’s Big Bear RV Park and Campground, conveniently located less than 1 minute off of Highway 20. To get to our campground, turn up Hines Logging Road when you see the old Hines Mill smoke stack.

Our campground has 10 pull thru RV sites with full hookups and WiFi and five fire pits that are shared by all sites and are first come first serve. Our  beautiful yard has  3 horseshoe pits and other yard games for your enjoyment. 

Overlooking the Harney Basin with beautiful year round views including the spring bird migration, sunrises, and mountains, Bosch’s Campground is the perfect choice for those looking for a quiet, beautiful retreat, or for the active camper looking for things to do. As we are Centrally located in the Oregon High Desert, an easy drive to the Steens Mountain, Crystal Crane Hot Springs, Diamond Craters, Malheur Wildlife Refuge,Malheur National Forest,  Peter French Round Barn and Steens Wildhorse Facility, our location is certain to satisfy your hiking, fishing, rockhounding, and outdoor activities.

This campground sits on the quiet shores of Yellowjacket Lake. This beautiful and quiet location offers abundant birding and wildlife viewing opportunities with eagles, osprey and pronghorn antelope frequenting the area. The lake has a small sand beach and an easily accessible shoreline for fishing. This campground has a very nice covered group picnic area.

Wickiup Campground sets off of Forest Road 15 tucked amongst trees, next to Canyon Creek, the perfect place to relax in the shade during the summer months and listen to the creek flow past. This is a beautiful campground that offers opportunities for picnicking and stream fishing. The campground is a good starting point for hiking, viewing wildlife and hunting during the summer and fall months. During the winter the entry to the campground makes a great starting point for snowmobile riders.

We manage and maintain a wildlife refuge and habitats for ingenious migratory wildlife . We also provide hospice care for older and special needs equine. A refuge is a safe haven for wildlife to traverse safely during migratory seasons no wildlife is ever held captive. We provide specific forage and water for the pronghorn and mule deer that they need thrive on. We currently have 4 miniature goats and one Dwarf donkey. Because we are a very small operation we can only hospice one equine at a time. . We are NON-PROFIT in every sense of the word all that I do is volunteer no administrations fees are accepted; all donations go the care of rescue animals that we shelter; for their veterinary care and feed supplies. Bring binoculars for wildlife viewing. AMENITIES: Off leash fenced in dog park. We do have a public restroom which is maintained & sanitized daily. Potable well water. The site is pull in or back in. Very easy to maneuver with a large turn around area. We do not have a pull through. COST: Donation can be made in advance via PayPal through our website or you can donate in person. COMING SOON 20 ACRES OF DISPERPERSED BAREBONES TENT CAMPING ( 2022) pack it in pack it out; leave no trace motto and best practice. We are located in Riley Oregon 97758 Please refer to our website for map and directions. As of 2022 we have expanded to 50 acres more tent sites coming soon.
