Pretty crowded the camp spots are pretty close to each other and small there is definitely nicer ones close by. But with that said this is a nice one and is close to veterans lake which is close to the recreation center which is really cool and worth checking out! The friendship bridge is cool and the eternal flame as well it’s definitely a place worth seeing!

We camp at rock creek several times a year. Great sites with parking. If you get there early there are some great sites with water access.

Love the creekside sites but watch out for raccoons. Large campground with 100+ sites but zero electric hookups. Dated bathrooms(same ones from 50 odd years ago). This is where I camped as a kid and it still draws me in. A bicycle trail runs along the creek towards little Niagara. 2-3 miles long. Love this campground.

Directions
From I-35, take Exit #55 and drive towards the city of Davis, OK. Once in Davis , go east on Highway 7 to the Chickasaw National Recreation Area you desire. Watch for Chickasaw National Recreation Area signs to direct you to your selected area. For Rock Creek or Veterans Lake Pavilion continue west, cross the low water crossing, and follow the signs.
