Off-Road sand dunes

Surprise: Oklahoma has sand dunes. You can rent a buggy, go hiking along them, or go fishing in a small stocked pond. The campground has showers, electric at some sites, flush toilets, and shade pavilions. Sites are close together. It is close to the dunes so if you plan to sleep in you will likely be woken up by sunrise dune buggies. Extensive trail system for hiking and buggies. If you’re used to dunes in Oregon etc. you may be disappointed by the size of this park, but it’s a great change of pace in OK.

There are two camping areas that have the same facilities but slightly different locations. This one is closer to the off-road access to the dunes. It has both RV and tents campsites. If your plans involve the dunes but you can't get a site at Pioneer campground, the Hackberry one is just a tiny bit further away.
