Visitors can boat, fish, jet-ski and camp at this noteworthy, man-made lake. The park itself is 800 acres and features two beaches for swimmers to enjoy. Our friendly family-oriented self registering campground features thirty spacious campsites with three handicap accessible sites. Each site has hook-up for water and electric (minimum of 50 amp), picnic table, lantern holder, and fire ring. For the larger RV owners, eight pull through sites are available. A convenient dump station is located within the campground. Paved walkways and paths connect campsites to the modern shower/restroom facility with vending area as well as connecting to many other features of the Ottawa Metro Park. Campsites are available on a “first come, first serve” basis.

Lake Cody is a family campground, RV park and swimming beach located in northwest Ohio featuring a 15-acre fully stocked lake, 130 campsites, and a mile-long walk path. Lake Cody is a family owned and operated campground located in northwest Ohio. Lake Cody has been open for over 45 years.
Cody and Nedra Miller, along with their four children started the campground and swimming beach in 1972. The property was originally the family farm, purchased in 1963. Lake Cody was created when U.S. 30 was rerouted through the dining room! Cody and Nedra sold the campground to their youngest daughter, Beth, in 1996.
Beth and Tim Spradlin, along with their three children, Bryan, Megan, and Reece, currently own and operate the family campground.
