Campground was clean and everything worked well . We had a site right on the river/stream . When we opened the door we were looking at a beautiful cascade of water over the rocks. We don't fish but there were quite a few trout caught 20 ft from our trailer . The only drawback was the river sites are kind of tight for my taste. Our usual spot are NFS campgrounds with plenty of room. So if you don't mind being a little close the place was great. We had room for our canopy to be out and the picnic table wasn't under it so we we fine. My grandkids tubed down the stream and could get out right at our door. You are only a few miles from the southern entrance to Smoky MTs national park so it is very convenient .
