Nice but crowded with no shade

We've stayed at a lot of KOA sites over the years and this one is as pleasant as expected. It is an excellent campground for families. The sites for large rigs are very close together but that is not surprising. Our site was clean and reasonably level but there was no shade at all. We were…

Love fair haven

Every time we go go fair haven we have a great time. The campsites are good size and give you privacy. The beach is great. We love walking the pier. My boys love riding their bikes.

I think we're alone now

Our particular site was a little snug getting into but opened up nicely behind the tree line at the road. Overall very nice, roomy, wooded, private sites with a nice beach not too far from the sites

Nice campground

Very clean campground with very nice owners. The sites are nicely spaced so you aren’t on top of each other. Great place to call home base while exploring the finger lakes.

Overall a great experience.

A few things stop me from giving a 5 star review. 1. No water hook ups (that was known before going, but still a con), 2. Facilities are not that clean, 3. Our site (098) was not that private (open to the street and one campsite, partially shielded from the other campsite). There were definitely…

Nice state park

Stayed at Hamlin Beach June 2019 . Site was a bit unlevel but manageable . Park is really nice , 2 loops are dog friendly . Dump station has three lanes which is nice when campground is busy .

Newly refurbished

It’s been a long time since my family and I have been camping at HBSP. We (my wife and I) have recently purchased a pull behind RV. This week is our “maiden voyage”. Previous camping trips have been either tent camping or with a pop-up; many, (years ago) here, at Hamlin. So we were a little…

Beautiful views

Stop by ahead of time to see which site you like. Some sites were small. Some where huge! There were awesome trails from site to site so for us with 3 sites next to each other it was great. The kids literally ran from site to site all day long. Got them nice and tired. Beach was very nice and had a…

Camping with amenities, close to fun

This is your typical Mom and Pop family campground, there are rules to follow but they do not hinder on your experience. They have a well stocked camp store, boat rentals, golf cart rentals, an indoor heated pool, jump pad, playgrounds, a hiking trail and frisbee golf. The bottom portion of the…

Wonderful Finger Lakes Camping

Large grassy sites with privacy between the sites. Most sites have a good level gravel pad to park on.

We stayed in the non-electric loop with a small travel trailer, but there are electric sites available. Spigots for water are spaced well enough that with a few lengths you can fill up.
