Gentle ridge overlooking a long horse pasture Whether enjoying the 80-foot waterfall, rock climbing, or just relaxing, this is the campsite for you! With 250 acres at your fingertips, you'll love it here! There is loads of privacy and the site is walking distance from the Rail Trail Cafe. There are ponds to jump in, muddy- but private and very refreshing. We swim all summer!
To get to the site, follow these directions. Once you're on the farm, follow signs for Stone Mountain Farm or Stone Mountain Counseling Center. You'll go under a small bridge and the road will turn into a dirt road. You'll feel like you're driving into the woods, keep going ; ). About 1/2 a mile. You'll pass an enormous willow tree and a sage greenhouse. Keep going up the little hill behind the house. Your parking spot is on the other side of the hill on the right. Park there and it's a short walk uphill to your site.
Note: This campsite is not safe for small children, there is a cliff nearby with a significant drop-off. Red Fox Forest campsite is on this same property and is great for children.
