First time using our RV in this type of campground, easy access and pull through sites as well as back in. Concrete and gravel area with a picnic table, showers and bathrooms, water hookup and 30/50 amp power also provided WIFI with a password access.
Convenient stop for when staying in Vegas.
We tried for a spot the first warm day of spring and had to drive for a while to find a spot, ended up in a cool valley with a beautiful sunrise view. It got cold fast though and we weren’t prepared!

This is a decent campground, but they pack people in like sardines, and the stalls are very close. Expect that you will have to move your truck occasionally so people can park/leave. They have a pool, spa and a dog area. It is centrally located and eat to get to the strip for some great food and…
The only way to this campsite is getting onto Nellis AFB. You have to be active or retired military. This is by far the best, cleanest, nicest, best shade coverage, mostly pull thrus, tons of mature trees for shade, and the safest. You will not need to tie down anything loose around your site for…

Parking is on the street next to the Nevada Trails Park. Plenty of room for all types of rigs. Since you are next to the park, have access to the restrooms, playground for the kids, picnic tables and bbq, and lots of stores near by. You are tucked next to a neighborhood, so the traffic from the…

Granted, the only other Thousand Trails I stayed at was in Acton, CA. It was in a lush green/wooded area and it was well maintained. This place was pretty tight to move around and the spots are not the greatest size. Starts off at $51 a night but has all the usually Thousand Trails amenities. I did…
This place has all the basic amenities you will need. There is no tent camping, only rigs. The prices start around $40 a night with hookups. They did have security patrolling through the park, so that is a plus for the location. Everything was clean and well kept. They do allow up to two pets,…

Prefect place to get away from Vegas. Many places for camping and easy to pull a trailer. Main road mostly paved. Other roads were dirt but well maintained and manageable. Lots of turn offs to disperse camp from main road. Be cautious, there were a couple of groups of campers off the main road…

Close enough to the strip yet far enough away. Easy access to shopping and casinos. The pools are great as is the service.
Wonderful dispersed camping. Good gravel roads and Picturesque views everywhere you turn. About 15 degrees cooler than vegas and good cell coverage
Stopped for a night, clean parking lot camping, and it was 109 degrees when we arrived. They put us in a larger site, so we wouldn’t have to unhook. We got to see an old friend, and the air conditioner kept us comfortable! We would stay again, but prefer larger sites.
We had a good time here. Camp spots are fairly spread out and mostly flat. We camp with travel trailer so we stay closer to the road but it's not busy. Trying to take it up the dirt roads was a bit rugged so we came back down. Beautiful scenery. Quiet. Temps cooler than in town. Some off road…

Sites are large and perfectly level. Grounds are spotless. Laundry and showers are perfectly maintained. Park is convenient to downtown Vegas and only a few miles from Hoover Dam.

After stopping in Las Vegas for the evening we hopped on the highway and 20 minutes later found this quiet spot.
It was super easy to get to and not many people. There were 3 other campers(2-RVs and 1-Camper Tent) so that was nice to see others camping there as well.
It’s secluded enough but…
