Mark Twain National Forests

Great forest and waterways to explore by foot and boat with historic buildings and regular park ranger-led events. Campground is very wooded with fairly secluded campsites. Modern facilities and shower house. There are some group areas, which were filled with excited but not obnoxious scouts during our areas. You need to drive to all the attractions in the park, but it’s not a problem. Simple campground to enjoy the natural beauty of this park.
