TravelerQuiet, beautiful campground
Campsite 12 has a little path that leads right to the beach. Very quiet campground, but there were only two other occupied sites. Most sites are pretty secluded. Full of large pine trees. Vault toilets were surprisingly clean. Tall fire rings. Heard freighters, loons, and various birds. Highly recommend this campground for anyone looking for a rustic campground.

this is one of our favorite state forest campgrounds. we have camped here 3 times all in september after labor day. never seen it crowded at that time. nice, secluded sites. gorgeous beach without another person in sight.

Site was in the trees and very quiet. Not great for solar though. Never totally filled even Labor Day Weekend
