Drive down your own driveway to your exclusive and secluded campsite, conveniently located near some of the Berkshires' most popular attractions. We are walking distance to Ramblewild Tree Top Adventure, one of the top aerial adventure parks in the country. A short 2 mile drive will get you to Jiminy Peak, a great destination for mountain/downhill biking, alpine slide, zip-lining and all sorts of activities. Hike Mount Greylock, Massachusett's tallest mountain, or check out the section of the Appalachian Trail that cuts through this section of the state. Pontoosuc and Onota Lakes are perfect spots to kayak, swim, fish, or partake in a variety of water sports. Take in all the culture of this region while your here - find a dance performance at Jacob's Pillow, or wander through the Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art, or the Norman Rockwell Museum! Coming from the West (NY) you would come up or down Rt22 or over Rt43. Follow Rt 43 East from the Rt22 / Rt 43 interchange, then Right on Brodie Mtn Road, then right on Bailey Rd. Turn left on dirt road just before the guardrail starts on Bailey rd 1/10 of a mile down. If you are coming from Western Mass, and/or North on Rt 7, Turn left on Bailey Rd for 2.5 miles, then right on dirt road just as the Last Guardrail ends on the right (just pass 232 Bailey Rd paved driveway). 2 SunFlower decorations will greet you on either side of the dirt road. 400 ft down to your site. This is nature in the Berkshires. Nature offers up occasional visitors like coyote, raccoons, opossum, fox, deer, and fisher.
