We didn’t stay long due to some severe storms that came through the area, but we had a beautiful tent campsite in the woods very close to some trails and the river. Just be prepared for a short walk from parking to some of the tent sites. The cabins and RV sites looked nice, too. If we’re in the…
Clean bathrooms and showers and close to Falls Park. Tons of amenities for families with kids. Close to the interstate. Great for a one night stay on the way to bigger and better sights. Stayed with a dog and was glad to see the other campers had their pets leashed at all times.
They have 62 RV spots and seven tent camping sites the RV spots have a really nice level concrete pad half of them have electric and water and the other half also have a sewer hook up charge was $20 a night beautiful old trees new management that is really keeping everything clean Showers and…
Was looking to stay here maybe a week & that turned into almost a month! Enjoyed the campgrounds, had shade trees, decent space between RVs & staff was Super Friendly. Would return again, no hesitation.
Everything you could want at a campground. Definitely geared toward kids. We were there one night traveling through. Only thing disappointing was lack of bath room facilities on east end of campground, long walk to office building. Close to interstate for easy access. Would stay again.
Found a site with no problem but clearly this is an RV focused campground. I did find a nice grassy area for my tent but my neighbors aren’t far. The river is nice and the walking trails are ok.
Call/visit the police station and pay $10 for camping. Access to the clean toilet and rv hookup. (we didn't use it since we are in our sedan) It's really a park in the town that kids play disk golfing (for free), but quiet and nice stay for a night.
Stayed at a tipi site. Camping was great, room enough for family of 4. Trails were nice, a 5 mile loop. Bison herd viewpoint across the street from campground.
The campsite was easy to find and close to the town of Garretson. There was a small grocery store there. We only stayed one night on our way West, the sites were nice and grassy with mixed sun and shade. It’s been a dry year so the mosquitos were minimal. We explored split rock creek which is a5…

Stayed here for an overnight on a cross country trip. It's a beautiful park that was only about half full. We had a big campsite and the entire tent area mostly to ourselves. They was one other party six sites up from us.
Our site wasn't the most level but it worked. I would probably pick a…
Another beautiful state park. The RV sites are spacious, level and well-arranged. The Verizon cell service is not perfect but manageable. The entire park is very clean and well-maintained. The dump station is very accessible and well-equipped. Overall, this is a great park. If it had full hookups,…

Very nice level campsites
Staff was friendly and welcoming. Facilities were excellent!
Lazy H was the best experience for our family during our summer RV travels. We hiked, picked sweet corn, spent time on the water & enjoyed the beach, relaxed with a wonderful view! The family and I enjoyed the adventure and the locals/staff were very kind and friendly! The entire property is…
