The use of major electrical appliances, such as but not limited to, refrigerators, washing machines, icemakers, etc. is not permitted outside any Camping Unit.

James Dykes Memorial Park offers free camping right on the banks of the Ocmulgee River. The park includes a boat ramp and a handful of sites that can be used for tent or RV camping. There are picnic tables and trash cans available on site but there is no drinking water or restrooms in the area. Sites are free and are available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
