Locally owed and operated, City Limits offer Daily/Weekly/Monthly Rates. The sites were designed to accommodate the largest RV's in the industry. No matter how large the RV, we can surely accommodate your needs. Centrally located near Andrew College and local restaurants and shops in Randolf County.

White Oak Pastures is a real, live working farm. This means that depending on which accommodation you choose, you may be driving on a dirt road to get there. You may wake up to cattle, sheep and goats, hogs, or poultry roaming just outside of your door. And although we do our best to make our accommodations free of any uninvited guests, you may also occasionally encounter bugs (who are trying to enjoy life in the countryside, just like you).
You can dine and shop in downtown Bluffton. Our General Store offers breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you can stock up on everything from bug spray to snacks for the road. Read more about what to expect during your stay.
Most of our cabins do not have TV or Wi-Fi. We find most of our guests actually enjoy this change of pace as a “digital detox” from busy everyday life. We hope you will disconnect from your devices and connect with nature. Don’t worry: if you do need it, free Wi-Fi is available at our General Store.
Our on-farm accommodations are certainly pet friendly! We do ask that dogs are kept on leashes while out exploring the farm because we do have guard dogs that roam and protect our herds and flocks from sharp tooth predators. There are a couple of places on the walking tour such as the processing abattoirs that we cannot allow pets.
There’s plenty to do in South Georgia. You can stay busy with a tour of our farm, local hikes, and visits to other local tourist attractionsv. We provide custom maps and are happy to make recommendations for local attractions when you plan your visit.

Cotton Hill Campground is situated on the shores of Walter F. George Lake on the Georgia and Alabama border. The lake is a great place to get away for a week, a weekend or just an afternoon.

The Chattahoochie River lakes are an angler's paradise, where largemouth bass, white bass, hybrids, crappie, channel catfish and bream are found. The lake's 640 miles of shoreline offer many excellent locations for bank fishing, and a boat ramp is conveniently located nearby.   
  
The lake and its surrounding forests provide a great locale for hiking, hunting or simply observing wildlife.

## Facilities

The campground offers 91 sites with electric and water and 10 primitive sites with electric and group water.   
  
Amenities include flush toilets, showers, drinking water, laundry facilities, a dump station, boat ramp and fish cleaning station. Younger campers love the park's two playgrounds. A group picnic shelter is available on a first come, first served basis.

Walter F. George Lake, sometimes called Lake Eufaula, stretches 85 miles up the Chattahoochee River. Visitors come to relax and play among the natural beauty of the area.   
  
The lands surrounding the lake are forested with dense stands of mixed hardwoods. A wide variety of wildlife is commonly seen, including waterfowl, deer, squirrels, rabbits, eagles, hawks, bobcats and dozens of species of songbirds. 

## Nearby Attractions

The historic towns of Eufaula, Alabama and Cuthbert, Georgia are nearby. Eufaula boasts more than 20 structures and districts listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Beautiful antebellum mansions are located throughout both towns.

This recently upgraded campground offers 74 sites, 55 of which have electric and water hookups. Buddy sites that can accommodate up to 16 people each are also available.

Choose from 40 RV sites with full hookup options, a comfort station with laundry, a dump station, and a group shelter. There are 18 tent sites with 15-amp electric hookups and water and unlimited primitive campsites. Camper cabins are also available with the comfort of air conditioning. Albany sits at the center of Southwest Georgia, a storied region closely tied to America’s early Indian culture, the antebellum age of the Old South, and the timeless sport of fishing and hunting. Lying below the land around Albany is the Floridan Aquifer, an ocean of fresh water that feeds the area’s rivers and creeks and fuels its economy.
