Experience the great outdoors without any of the hassle! We do it all for you. Recently constructed and naturally beautiful, this rustic style campsite is nestled on the Florida Deep Ravines. The view is breath taking and it makes you feel like you're in the foothills of mountains. Secluded, but just minutes away from our quaint small town. It's just a short drive away from the Gulf of Mexico or the Apalachicola River. Site is less than an hour drives over to our capital city Tallahassee, home of the Seminoles. We have abundant natural Florida flora and fauna with year-round mild weather. There are countless festivals, local farms, bee aviaries, and personalized expeditions with knowledgeable local guides. Site has a very large 16.5-foot smoke free canvas tent that will comfortably sleep six people. Tent is AIR-CONDITIONED/HEATED. It has electricity and outdoor lighting. Our camp is furnished with a two full-size beds, fire pit, picnic table, grill, Adirondack chairs, porta potty, sun showers, and large viewing deck. There is clean water from a faucet/spigot and a garbage container on site. Bring your own food and bedding. We can provide bedding, power generator with cord and fan, and extra tent procurable for small rental fee. Also available is your own personal chef for home cooked meals, picnic baskets, and cozy candlelight dinners. This is a picturesque, natural, hidden campsite nestled among beautiful magnolia, live oak, and hickory trees. A creek feeds a small fishing pond for your pleasure. We have abundant wildlife with hiking trails, fishing, bird watching and many other outdoor activities. Long ago our campsites were a favorite campground for our Florida Native Americans, and you can still feel their spirits among us. We offer many customized trips just for you and your outdoor adventures. Expeditions available on archaic swamps, rivers, lakes, and bays. Our boat cruises are operated by a licensed boat captain, Captain Craig Shuler. Also, St. Joe Bay scalloping trips can be taken from a boat. We are pet friendly and open year-round. Don't carve your name into anything or cut down trees. Look out for poison ivy, oak and sumac.
