I was a camp host there for 3 months and it is the most beautiful place. The barrier island between the Pensacola Sound and the Gulf of Mexico and it's incredible. I saw sea turtles daily, dolphins and so many other beautiful animals and the best part is that it's a protected island allowing all the animals to be free and safe. The Fort itself is really cool and The water is amazing and so is the campground. I highly recommend going it's absolutely amazing.
