Sleeping on a massive granite stone

About This Campground

Complete wooded seclusion on a 62 acre shoreline Connecticut Farm Up in Hills of Stone Field Farm, a large open campsite surrounded by trees and old stone walls where you can commune with the stars and explore 62 private acres, with streams, ponds, farm animals, and rock cliffs to climb. There are two miles of marked trails to explore on the acreage. Learn how to be a sustainable farmer, feed the sheep, fish or kayak on the pond, ice skate in the winter, enjoy farm fresh produce, eggs, and meats. All while being a short Uber from the areas best beaches, restaurants, bar scene, and attractions. Included with your stay are: 5 gallons of potable water with access to refill, a campfire grate, campfire ring, a small stack of firewood, solar shower, and toilet amenities! Don’t want to carry your belongings to the campsite in the hills? We also have a drive up location down by the barn. Be sure to check our add ons for more ways to add to your stay- you are more then welcome to add them on when you get here as well. You might find cool spots we haven’t seen yet! Enjoy but please stay on the farm property. The woods you are enjoying are protected, please don’t chop firewood, feel free to gather downed limbs. If you bring a pet we ask that they remain leashed around the farmhouse and barn yard, we have two farm dogs, so we ask that your dog is good with other dogs.
