White Pines is here to offer camping guests a wonderful campground experience in the beautiful northwest corner of Connecticut. Located in Litchfield County, White Pines is situated in a quiet neighborhood, on top of Wallens Hill, in Barkhamsted. You will find plenty to do during your stay, both on-site and off-site, or you may choose to simply relax at your site. Take a stroll along our Happy Tails Trail, with your pawsome friend, as you head to our dog park. Fish in our stocked pond, or visit the nearby Farmington River for some world class fishing. Lake Compounce Campground is a one-of-a-kind family camping experience located steps away from Lake Compounce Family Theme & Water Park. Lake Compounce Campground provides one-bedroom cabins, two-bedroom cabins, cub huts, tipis, RV spaces, and tent sites. Plus, perks like discounted single-day admission to the park, themed weekends every weekend, family activities, and tons of amenities.

Bear Creek Campground

This town-owned park consists of 190 acres of wooded, rocky
mountainside. Trails here are relatively easy on the flat but significantly more difficult on the hillside. The ground can be very wet after
rains.
Onion Mountain Park is accessed on the west side of West Mountain Rd. just south of Shingle Mill Rd. Visitors will find a good size
parking lot.

Salem Farms Campground is located on 157 beautiful acres in rural Salem, Connecticut. We have a total of 189 campsites. Typical RV sites are about 40' x 50' and have water, electric (30& 50 amp sites available), gray water, cable and WIFI hook ups on site. We also have a dump station and honey wagon service and pull thru sites available. There are 14 primitive tent sites and we offer rental trailers as well. All sites come with a picnic table, trash can and fire ring for use while staying with us. On site we have a laundry facility, showers, snack bar/ ice cream bar, game room, lounge, 2 swimming pools, 2 playgrounds, corn hole, bocce, horseshoes, mini- golf, tennis, basketball, shuffle board, volley ball, a 5 acre rec. field, hiking trails and planned family activities. The store has LP gas, coffee, newspapers, ice, wood, RV supplies and much more available. The campground does have a security gate at the entrance. We offer daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal camping. We are also pet friendly!

Salem Farms Campground

Branch Brook Campground is a full-service family destination in the rolling hills of Thomaston, CT. We are a top-rated campground and RV Park that offers a wide range of accommodations and amenities. Branch Brook Campground is designed to make your stay as effortless as possible all with the same philosophy in mind - our guests come first.

Two miles from Route 8, our campground serves as a convenient location for traveling campers. The town of Thomaston advantageously holds several top-rated restaurants and attractions. Not to mention the accessibility to local grocery and hardware stores makes our location very favorable to those staying here for more than a night.

Branch Brook Campground

Portland Riverside Campground offers a unique camping experience since it's located at a marina directly on the Connecticut River. The marina is one of the oldest on the river and has been in the same family for more than 40 years. With 25 acres and more than a quarter-mile of river frontage, we are home to 75 boats in the summer and more than 300 for winter storage.

The campground is located in a shaded oval that is bounded on two sides by protected forest and wetlands and on one side by the river. Within the oval is a large grass recreation area. River access is just steps away, so if you have a small boat or inflatable, bring it along!

Portland Riverside's 22 campsites are either grass or concrete pads. Each site had a picnic table and electric and water hookups. The campground has night lighting, and washrooms and showers are located in the nearby marine store building.

The marina and campground are highly secure, and the marina and campground manager lives on site. From late spring to late fall, many boaters are on hand, using their boats or fishing.
