our visit was great. we had an event to go to the following day, so we needed to be able to shower. this campground was perfect. far enough below Tahoe City to be quiet, yet close enough to be able to go into town for any necessary supplies (about 15 minutes) dogs are allowed, fairly close to the beach, showers, water, fire pits and roomy sites with shrubs or trees separating campsites.
